Two door refrigerator( gas/ electric), microwave, three burner propane stove with hood (light/exhaust), double sink, ceiling fan. Atwood gas/ electric hot water heater ($Part only $308 installed 11/4/10). Excalibur gas furnace ( $682 without labor) installed (2/5/10 ).
Center Living area: sofa converts to bed, great three room stereo system with table, phone jack, roof mounted antenna, AC/ Heat thermostat. Sliding divider door ( with full length mirror),separates living area from bathroom.
Bathroom : has sink with mirrored medicine cabinet,ceiling fan, foot-pedal toilet, shower with sky light.
Bedroom: has queen size Beauty Rest mattress (like new) with large storage area under platform, ceiling vent above bed and private entrance.
Black and Grey tanks have heating pads (cost $600) to prevent freezing ( controlled by two separate inside switches mounted on bathroom wall. This enables you to go camping in cold weather without the worry of the tanks freezing.
